1 hr And ½ hr Personal Training
We recognise that fitting personal training into a busy schedule can be difficult which is why we offer 1 hour and ½ hour personal training. ½ hour personal training can give you a great workout in half the time, allowing you to fit training into a busy schedule.
Whenever anyone trains with us they receive a free health appraisal to ensure you get started correctly and safely. Our health appraisal is a complimentary service that’s vital to evaluate your current health status in order to help objectively plan the most appropriate program for your health and fitness goals. This appraisal includes movement assessments, medical pre screening, anthropometry assessment, motivational interviewing and mindset coaching.
